What to include

• The precise statement or relationship that needs correction.
• A supporting source and the relevant passage or date.
• Whether the issue concerns history, translation, visitor access or rights.

A correction needs an evidence review; submission does not itself establish the replacement claim. Material corrections should identify what changed and why. We do not backfill review dates that were never recorded.
