Publication Gate
A record cannot be marked COMPLETE if provenance, construction date, royal occupant, architect, destruction/conversion history or current use lacks a Source ID.
Conflict Rule
Conflicting dates are preserved explicitly. The registry never silently harmonizes sources.
Legend Rule
Popular stories remain visible when culturally important, but are labelled tradition, disputed or unsupported when documentary evidence does not confirm them.
