RPR-TUR-033 · LATER FOREIGN DYNASTIC OWNERSHIP
Huber Mansion
A private Bosphorus mansion that later entered the property world of an Egyptian princess before becoming a Turkish presidential residence.
The Presidency of Türkiye records that ownership passed to Egyptian Princess Kadriye and her husband Mahmud Hayri Pasha and remained with them until 1932. Royal Palaces therefore records later dynastic ownership while keeping habitual residential occupancy as a known gap. The property was nationalized in 1985 and now forms part of the Presidential Tarabya Campus.
