RPR-TUR-016 · YILDIZ OUTER GARDEN
Malta Pavilion
A surviving imperial leisure pavilion in the outer garden of Yıldız.
The Story
Malta Pavilion belongs to the Abdülaziz-period development of Yıldız. Together with Çadır and later Şale, it demonstrates how the imperial palace extended into a landscaped network of separate pavilions rather than one continuous monumental building.
