Manoir Boucher-De Niverville
Canada → Quebec → Trois-Rivières
The residence originated around 1668 for Jacques Leneuf de La Poterie, seigneur and sometime acting governor of Trois-Rivières. François Châtelain transformed and lengthened the house in 1729, replacing its earlier structure with stone masonry. Later occupants included Joseph Boucher de Niverville, a military officer associated with the fief. Restoration in 1972 recovered lost architectural features. The low stone building and steep roof are therefore historical fabric shaped by several campaigns, not an untouched seventeenth-century interior.

Group reservations are offered year-round subject to conditions. Use the manor section of the timetable, not the separate Boréalis museum hours.
